IPSF leverages financial and in-kind resources to support a variety of programs, making a significant impact on our city’s first responders and the public safety of our community—we support those who serve.
SUPPORTING THOSE ON THE FRONTLINES.
Every day, over 3,200 brave women and men put their lives on the line to keep Indianapolis safe. From police officers and firefighters to EMTs and paramedics, these first responders are our city's heroes. But they can't do it alone.
The Indy Public Safety Foundation bridges the gap by providing critical resources beyond annual budgets. We connect community members and businesses with opportunities to invest in training, equipment, and programs that empower our first responders to:
-
Respond more effectively to emergencies
-
Stay safe on the job
-
Build stronger relationships with the community they serve
As a nonpartisan, community-based organization, IPSF has made a tangible difference by investing over $2 million in equipment, training, and support and fostering positive engagement between first responders and residents through programming in just five years.
