The Indy Public Safety Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation incorporated in the State of Indiana, registered through the Internal Revenue Service under Code Section 501(c)(3) and classified as a public charity under Code Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).  As such, donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible under Code Section 170(b).
